Solen le Bihan & Laurent Wallet (Paris/FR)
DE: Seit vielen Jahren sind Solen und Laurent begeisterte Swing-Tänzer. Seit 2015 sind sie ein Tanzpaar und bereisen die französische und europäische Tanzszene, um sowohl zu tanzen als auch Balboa, aber auch Lindy Hop und Bebop zu unterrichten. Was reizt sie am meisten am Tanzen? Das gemeinsame Erleben, das Tanzen in der Gruppe und die Freude am Unterrichten und an der Weitergabe ihrer Leidenschaft.
Solen kommt aus dem Tango und hat eine große Leidenschaft für den Swing-Tanz, den sie seit 2010 tanzt und unterrichtet. Ihr Spezialgebiet: der Balboa. Was gefällt ihr am besten? Sie zögert: die Freude am Unterrichten und daran, ihre Leidenschaft weiterzugeben, oder das Miteinander und die Verbundenheit, die Paartänze bieten … Wahrscheinlich beides! Ihre persönliche Note? Die Technik zu perfektionieren, um ihrem Tanz Eleganz zu verleihen.
Laurent war schon immer ein großer Sportfan: Skifahren, Paddeln, Kitesurfen, Paragliding und verschiedene Kampfsportarten haben sein Leben geprägt. Doch seit Jahren steht der Tanz im Mittelpunkt all seiner Leidenschaften! Seit 2005 tanzt und unterrichtet Laurent. Kubanische Salsa, Rock, Be-Bop aus St. Germain des Prés, Lindy Hop … und natürlich Balboa – all das birgt für ihn keine Geheimnisse mehr, was seinem Tanz eine unvergleichliche Vielfalt verleiht. Das Weitergeben von Wissen, das Anleiten und die Förderung seiner Schüler sind seine größten Freuden.
EN: For many years, Solen and Laurent have been passionate about swing dancing. Partners since 2015 they travel the French and European scene as well to dance as to teach balboa, but also lindy hop and bebop. What attracts them the most in dance? Coming from tango, Solen is passionate about swing dance, which she has been practicing and teaching since 2010. Her expertise: the Balboa. What does she prefer between everything? She hesitates, the pleasure of teaching and transmitting her passion or sharing and the complicity offered by the couple dances ... Probably both! Her personal touch? Perfect the technique to give elegance to her dance.
Laurent has always been a great sports enthusiast, skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, paragliding, and various martial arts have marked his life. But for years dance has been at the center of all his passions! Laurent has been dancing and teaching since 2005. Cuban Salsa, Rock, Be-Bop from St Germain des Prés, Lindy Hop ... and, of course, balboa, have no secrets for him, which gives his dance an incomparable richness. Sharing, guiding, advancing his students are his greatest pleasures.

Isabelle Jaschke (Germany) & Eran Tobi (Israel/Germany)
DE: Nachdem Eran den Swing 2007 für sich entdeckt hat, hat er nahezu seine gesamte Zeit damit verbracht zu reisen, zu tanzen und den Geist von Lindy Hop, Balboa und Co. in Israel zu verbreiten. Er ist Mitbegründer von Holy Lindy Land, einer der erfolgreichsten Swingtanzschulen unserer Zeit.Die Leidenschaft fürs Tanzen und Unterrichten führte ihn 2013 nach Berlin, von wo aus er seine Liebe zum Swingtanz in die Welt tragen konnte. Eran gewann bereits zahlreiche Wettbewerbe in Lindy Hop, Balboa und Blues bei Veranstaltungen wie den International Lindy Hop Championships, Lindy On The Rocks, der Berlin Blues Explosion, dem Camp Hollywood und den European Swing Dance Championships.
Isabelle war gleich nach der ersten visuellen Begegnung mit den Swingtänzen infiziert und machte daher die zu treffende Wahl ihres neuen Wohnortes davon abhängig, ob man diese Tänze dort erlernen konnte. Und so stürmte sie kurz darauf Freiburgs Tanzflächen und ließ keine Möglichkeit aus, lokal und international Wissen aufzusaugen und Neues auszuprobieren. Bald schon wurde die Tanzschule zum zweiten Zuhause und Isabelle konnte auf allen Lindy Hop, Balboa und Blues Tanzflächen angetroffen werden.
Eran und Isabelle sind fest davon überzeugt, dass eine gute Bewegungsqualität beim Paartanz von großer Bedeutung ist. In ihren Kursen lernt ihr mit Hilfe von Beispielen aus dem Alltag und viel Humor, wie ihr komplexe Bewegungsabläufe im Tanz einfacher bewältigen könnt. Außerdem werdet ihr merken, dass hinter Erans sanftem Lächeln und Isabelles zuweilen strengem Blick ein hartnäckiges Lehrerpaar steckt, das nicht aufgibt bis ihr das Gefühl bekommt es verstanden zu haben.
EN: After discovering Swing in 2007, Eran Tobi spent almost all of his time to travel, dance and spread the spirit of Lindy Hop Balboa & co. in Israel. He is one of the co-founder of Holy Lindy Land - one of the most successful swing dance schools of our time. His passion for the dance and teaching it lead him in 2013 to Berlin, from where he could expend his love for the dance onto the world. Eran has won multiple competitions in Lindy Hop, Balboa and Blues at different events, e.g. at the International Lindy Hop Championships, Lindy On The Rocks, Berlin Blues Explosion, Camp Hollywood and the European Swing Dance Championships.
Isabelle Jaschke got hooked on Swing dance from the first time seeing it and when she had to move to a new city, she decided where to go depending on the supply of Swing dance classes where she could learn the dance. It didn't take long and she took the dance floors in Freiburg on storm. She never missed an opportunity to soak as much as possible on local and international dance knowledge or to try something new. The dance school became her second home and Isabelle was on all Lindy Hop, Balboa and Blues dance floors in Freiburg and around.
Eran and Isabelle believe that the quality of movement is a very important component of couple dancing. They teach complex movements by means of examples from everyday life and with a lot of humor, so that everybody can apply them easily. You will notice that behind Eran's soft smile and Isabelle's sometimes strict look, there is a preserving couple, which won't give up until everybody understands the move.
